Need high quality photos to promote your band or club? Let our professional photographers take them for you!! And we will do it at a cost that you will not be able to beat (unless you have a friend who will do it for free)!!

What / How We Shoot

What and how we shoot depends on what you need. We generally shoot in high-resolution digital, but can shoot film (color or black & white).

Why Digital? For what most of our customers need, digital photography is much more versatile. It gives you more flexibility in what you use the photos for.

Our Equipment

Our digital equipment is professional, not consumer, grade. This means we are able to shoot in a resolution and format that is large enough to reproduce, in print, even larger and with higher quality than most film cameras are capable of.

Formats We Shoot In

The digital format we use for promo shoots is dependant on what you intend to use the final product for. Since most of our customers plan to use the images for use on the web, we normally shoot in the .jpg format at 1280x960 pixels (large enough to produce high quality prints up to 8-1/2"x11".

If you need something larger, we can shoot larger. If you need very high definition prints, we will shoot in .TIFF format instead.

Where we Shoot

You name it!! We can shoot in our own studio, at a location you choose, or while you are on stage at any venue you choose.

What About Processing?

With our basic package, we will provide all images to you on a Compact Disk (included with the package). We can also the following services:

	Image refinement, cropping and re-touching.
	Printed images, on high quality photo paper, ranging in size from 3"x5" to poster size.
	Plus a wide range of other graphic design services.

Who Owns the Images

As with any professional photography, we retain copyright ownership of all images shot. Our standard services include blanket licensing for you to use any image(s) we shoot for any non-resale promotional purpose. We also offer licensing for resale use of the images at very reasonable prices.

How Much Does it Cost?

Below are our standard prices. Discounts (see below) are available to acts that book regularly through us. Discounts are noted with a number next to the price (e.g., price¹)

Studio Shoots (our studio)

	Sitting Fee: $25.00¹
	Photography Fee: $50.00²/hour (in 30 minute increments)

Location Shoots

Outdoors During the Day

	Sitting Fee: $25.00
	Photography Fee: $50.00²/hour (minimum 1 hour)

Indoors, Outdoors at Night, and Live Performance

	Sitting Fee: $50.00²
	Photography Fee: $50.00²/hour (minimum 1 hour)

NOTE: These fees are for location shoots within 50-miles of downtown St. Louis. For shoots outside of that 50-mile radius, we must add the following surcharges:

	$0.32/mile (each way)
	Travel Time pay $10/hour.

Discounts

To be eligible for these discounts, your act must regularly book shows through us AND must be current with your commission payments.

	1 - Fee Waived
	2 - $10 or $10/hour discount
	Venues, please call for current venue discounts.

Resale Licensing

Intended Use	License Price
CD Cover Art	$0.10 / copy printed (per image used)
Resale promotional items (t-shirts, posters, etc.)	$40.00 / image used / item used on (so if you use two images on a t-shirt, cost would be $80.00 regardless of the number of t-shirts printed or sold).
