Elevation, like U2 was born out of a dream, a dream that was dreamt OUT LOUD by founding Member and resident BONO, Daniel Burrow. Aka DANNO Who after being a fan of U2, nearly as long as the band had been around took off his professional drummer/educator hat, to take on the Mantle of BONO. After assembling the first line up, & playing locally in St. Louis in the spring of 2001 Elevation had its big debut in Chicago, @ the Legendary Joe’s bar on Weed Street!! Where they played to a packed house on a Thursday night, & gathered media attention from the Chicago sun times. 

   The following year would see Elevation, taking over Chicago, on almost every weekend, gaining more and more altitude each trip up. Word of Mouth and the visibility spread like Jet fuel on the tarmac! Elevation would make Chicago, their second home. Over the next year, Elevation continued to play in Chicago, and the Mid-west region, also enjoying a gig in the Grand Cayman Islands in October. In 2002-2003 Elevation would continue to build their loyal following in Chicago and the Midwest. St. Patrick’s Day would see them playing 5 gigs over three days! With the finale being a gig supporting American English a # 1 Beatles tribute band. Also the Hard rock Café Cleveland in conjunction with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame would host Elevation for two SOLD OUT nights, for a fan Celebration celebrating the opening of the new U2 exhibit. 2003 looks to be ‘the’ busiest year Elevation has seen so far with gigs at Major festivals & much more.  Elevation continues to ELEVATE Chicago as high as they can!!!

  Elevation’s sole purpose in a performance is to re-create the total U2 concert experience in both sight & sound. From the Bvlgari shades to the Vox amps, to the Paiste signature cymbals, with Elevation you are truly getting...
